Okay guys I bought me a back tension and I was wondering will that style release cause you to change your draw length I'm use to shooting a Tru fire release

Deerslayer86, I am no expert in any way so you may want to hear from some other people. If you have been shooting a wrist release and go to a hand held back tension release (I'm assuming that is what you are doing) then you can possibly extend your draw length. It should give you a little more speed. You will more than likely have to move your peep sight as well as it will change your anchor point.

Your draw length will remain the same, your anchor point will be different though.
