Most of my BIG deer have come from 20+ mph out of the NNW. That's exactly what the forecast says the wind will be like at our place tomorrow. I may need to rethink not going.

Most of my BIG deer have come from 20+ mph out of the NNW. Yeah, but that was in Kansas. Nah. Those were 25 mph winds out of the SE. I saw 15 today. Most I've seen all year in one hunt. It was a tough sit though.

Deer move most when wind speed drops briefly below 14 mph but then gusts to 17 Just how'd ya come up with 14 mph and 17?
