The timing on them rest is probably off. You need to check to see if the rest is coming to the fully up position just as you drop into the let off when you draw. If it pops up before you drop into the let off, the cord needs to be moved up the cable or you need to lengthen the cord. If the rest is not popping all the way up you need to moved the cord down the cable or shorten the cord. When you swapped arrows and had the string served, was the rest moved up or down to set the nock point height? Are you shooting with the cock vane up?

First question has to be no because I bought arras when I picked bow up. Second question is yes, I shoot cock vane up. I have to work till next Saturday no may get wife to drop it off at shop tomorrow. I hate it cause Its shooting as good as it ever has unless it hits the rest.
