1 coyote hind quarter, glands removed
3 onions quartered
6 carrots
2 cans beef consumè

Cover hind quarter in black pepper and brown in cast iron Dutch oven, add rest of ingredients and bake 8 hours at 250. Falls off the bone and will make you howl at the moon.

^^^^^Ive never used coyote. Only bobcat without the beef consume. I used a little Worcestershire sauce. Have you ever tried an armadillo? I want to but I just can't seem to kill one without busting his guts all up.

Gotcha, well I guess until you starve to to no end you'll never know it's actually ok. Tried it once haha everybody has their limits. For example I'll try yote, but you cut me a slice of a mater and I won't touch it. I like tomato sauce and stuff like that just not a mater itself haha!

I've eaten possum and it isn't half as greasy as coon. Haven't tried bobcat or beaver yet but they are both supposed to be really good meat. I plan to try them both this winter.

Coyote!.... No! Not no! But HELL NO! They are nothing more than a buzzard with a half@ss fur coat! Lol!

Honestly if things got bad enough and I had no other options I would eat them but it would have to be really bad. The meat on them and foxes is a lighter colored meat than most.

Booger there has got to be a line drawn somewhere and I think I'd draw it at the armadillo!

If I ran out of coyote meat they might start looking good though! Lol!
