Has anyone mounted a trophy ridge six shooter quiver bracket to a treestand? I don't want to drill holes in order to mount it.

I drilled holes for my Kwickee last year and for my Tru Glow quiver this year. Why don't you wanna drill?

I don't want to pass quietly into the night. I want to slide in sideways kickin and screamin

Holes reduce structural integrity. Im a big boy and don't want to weaken this thing one bit. lol Hard to drill holes into something you are trusting your life to 20' up a tree.

I can mount it vertical without drilling but I am wanting to mount horizontal to get it out of the way.

The holes I drilled in mine had no effect on the structural integrity ... I weight 200 lbs

Did you go all the way through or use self tapping metal screws?

I drilled a very small entry hole and then used self tapping screws

I epoxied a Kwikee quiver bracket on to the flat surface on the right bar of my summit.

That's not a bad idea. I got rid of my Kwickee because the plastic base would break against the screw. I replaced it like 3 times before I got rid of it and got a Tru Glo which I love. Anyway, that would probably eliminate the problem

Mine is like this one ...

Just buy the screw in bracket. I screw the bracket into the tree and then attach my quiver to the bracket. Got the bracket at Bas Pro Shop.

Would love to do that, but the first time I get caught screwing something into a tree on Redstone Arsenal may be the last time I hunt. These boys don't play about their rules. My next option is to wrap a strap around the tree and hang it.

Thanks for the ideas though guys!

This is what I use . . http://www.basspro.com/Ridge-Hunter-Archery-Treestand-Accessory-Holder-4Hook/product/14032808262616/

Hook it through the loop on the top of the quiver.

I use my pull up rope to tie my quiver to the tree. Easy to get to and out of the way.

Could you not zip tie it? It would be easy to just cut them off if needed.

Again, I've done this with self tapping screws and it works really well. It doesn't hurt the integrity of the climber in any way.

Excellent piece of equipment, I am so buying one of these

I still like the idea of fastening the quiver to the arm of my climber though. I like having my arras right there next to me where I can get to them easily without making a bunch of movement

I like the product budworth suggested. I may try the screw in method and see how that works. Rocket isn't much smaller than me, but his stand is steel and mine is aluminum (unless he got a new stand).

X2. Easiest thing to do for sure. I put mine up above my head so I can quickly pull one out if needed. Keeps them out of the way and right up against the tree.

I leave my quiver attached to my bow now.

I have also used the end of the rope that goes around the tree for my safety harness. Just tie the quiver too it. Not ideal because it's not anchored but I always pop the next arrow halfway out of the quiver anyway.
