Hey guys, I am hunting a new little spot this year close to rainbow city. I live in Moody so I would love a place in between the two on 411. I have already killed two does and taken them both to Don's in Gadsden. A little out of the way and $70 for a gutted 90 pound doe is pretty steep. Also found one place in Odenville called Dollar Brothers, I called them and they close at 5:00PM everyday with no after hours drop off. Anybody know of anywhere else?

There was a place in Ashville but I don't know the name and I've never used them. Don's is high as hell especially if you want any specialty items.

HA! Well yeah , always lived in Moody, first joined the site I was hunting close to centerville, couldnt come up with a creative name so I just went with Bibb County. I still primarily hunt in Marengo County just got on a little lease with a buddy close to home here as well.

Trading Post in Pell City. Not sure bout after hours. Took 3 there last year.

One in Asheville on hwy 11 called country boys. On the right headed south.

Dollar on 411, and Allens on Wolf Creek Rd., Trading Post behind Walmart also. They are all running about the same. $75/$65/$55 Dead/Skinned/Quartered.

Thanks guy, I talked to the guy at the trading post , I think I am going to give them a try.

There is also a processor in Southside called S&A. It's near The Big Oak Boys Ranch if you know where that might be. I would be happy to furnish some better directions if you would like them.

I took a doe to Country Boys last year and was not impressed.

Is Dollar's still open? Someone asked me the other day & I hadn't heard otherwise. They used to make some fine sausage!

they were last year, but I think they stay pretty busy processing livestock.
