For the money.... The summits that Academy carry.... We bought 4 from em last year.... Very sturdy and stable shooting rails at that....

But the summits at academy look like the shooting rails are made for a midget. I've only ever used my strong builts. Wish they never went out of business.

I loved the strong builts and there enclosure kits, wish someone had picked up there models. Anyone know anything about the stands on sportsmans guide.

I have two of the Game Winner tripods with the folding gun rest and I have a Summit.

The Game Winner is only 8' to the platform but the folding rest makes it supper easy to get into. I plan on making leg extensions for these eventually. The one I hunt most is turned backwards to keep the entrance away from the field so I don't know how sturdy the actual rest would be since I just use the back rail.

The summit was 12' and I added 4' to the legs. The extra height is great but I don't really like the platform or steps.
