Got Janet that LH Rem. 1187 12 gauge and she's pretty dang good with it. Unfortunately the stock is to long and it's just not sitting properly at her shoulder. Can anyone tell me if Remington makes a shorter black synthetic stock (youth maybe) for the adult size gun?

Doc, I have one. It is still in the box because Brownell sent the wrong one. But, it is wooden. I have not gotten around to sending it back. Mine is for a 20. So, I don't think it would fit, I don't know.
But, to answer your question, Brownells has them. I'll check them out. Thanks. Dr. B

I checked and they don't make a youth sized stock for 12gauge 11-87. Only for the youth model 20 gauge and it won't fit the full size 12. That's ok. She'll manage.

Not sure what the difference is in the 870 and 11-87 stock off hand. Think the 1187 has a gas tube in the stock maybe?
Hogue makes a shorter length of pull stock for the 870. I think there is just spray foam or something in the Hogue stock as I remember (have one on my 870). Might want to see if you can make that fit. Probably could just run a wood bit down in the foam for the 1187 gas tube. Hard to say without looking at the parts diagram and not having to stock on hand.
Worth a shot though.
