Y'all go to Wheeler and stay between I-65 and U.S. 31, and no running up in Flint Creek past Point Mallard or in Limestone Creek.
Or I-65 to Ditto Landing.
I'd suggest Smith but with a spinning rod and shakey head, a man could do some damage there with those. Even with a flippin' stick and light jig.
At $500 a pop, BASS might let y'all qualify for the Classic, too, along with everyone else.

Guys I have not fished a tournament since 2010. I plan to fish some aba couples trails with my wife this year if at all possible. I just don't have time to fish anything right now. I bought a boat in june and have not gone fishing by myself to date the longest I have been on the water is 4 hours. I work 6 days a week and have and have 3 yr old twins to keep up with.
Give me a year or so and I will be in, but just don't have time right now. I live in pelham so anywhere within 2 hours is doable for me.
I fish mainly Coosa and Warrior, I hate the tn river but will go with a fighters chance where ever yall decide. Day or night whatever. As for the money what ever is fine by me.
As for the ass hat comment I was not trying to be an ass at any time. However I was poking at you due to the fact that you have fought me on several comments I have made and I felt like you were saying your way was the only way.
I have beat some of the best fishermen in the state and have lost to some of the worst so I will take my chances against anyone. Sorry to be a downer but keep me in mind and I am all for making it happen at some time in the future. I believe I'm the asshat If we ever fish a tournament together can I sign us up as Ben2 and Asshat?

Put in at Swift Creek on the Alabama River, Hell make it $1,000 buy-in, ill outfish all you clowns  I grew up on swift creek. I'd mop the floor with your ass and then put a pop knot on your head big enough for a calf to suck on for leaving a yellow waxy build up.

Hell, I can't catch a fish to save my life lately. Me either really I've been able to flip up 5-10 every trip and it's a crap shoot on the size. The early top water bite has been almost non existent for me
