JM Wood auction around September 9th or so in Montgomery. Check website they always have some good yellow iron. I will be there. x2 Auctions will be your best bet. And not that you asked, nor am I trying to be a smart azz, but $40K will get you a lot of dozier work done, and you don't have to worry about maintaining a dozier undercarriage, knowing how to run one, or do anything else except write a check.

But after you spend 40,000 on Dozer work your out 40g. When your through with the work and you bought one you can turn around and sell it and make most or all your money back and not be out 40 grand.

Depends on how much work you have to do to the dozier while you own it. Then things can eat $1K bills like they are going out of style

I bought a 580K Case (backhoe) a couple of years ago. I'm nearly finished with what I needed it for & will probably put it on the market for around 3/4 of what I paid. Compared to paying rent for 1000 hours +/- & having it there when I needed it, it's already more than paid for itself.
