He wasn't the owner at all. He can't have a FFL license because back when he did, he was caught falsifying records and had guns missing from inventory that he had no paperwork for.

I dont know about these charges. I can tell you for a fact the guy he had on his show with the mark 19 grenade launcher is from Cullman and is a crook and a thief, so I know at a minimum he has poor judgement in character.

So the girl on the show, his daughter, claims he's molested her in the past and now a new girl has come forward.

Doesn't look good but I'm gonna still hold judgement. His daughter sure seemed to love her father when they were on the show.

No offense to those "not holding judgement" but I love how reserved and "lets finds the facts first" everyone is cause its someone off of a show they like. But every other news story about a molester or let a man possess 15.5 doves and everyone is lined up with stones.

I can't stand the show, actually don't like this guy at all...but I still try and hold judgement until all the facts come out. That being said, it ain't looking good for him at this point.

A good bit of my career was spent investigating these type cases and from reading the above comments a couple of things jumped out to me:
1. Most of these type abusers look and act normal and don't come off as pervs.
2. Unless she has a very compelling motive, such as being prompted to do so in s custody dispute, most children will not make this stuff up. If given a strong motive, they sometimes will, but generally their story will become inconsistent and good investigators will see through it.
3. Either way, this child needs help.

Hmm obviously I have no idea if this really happened or not. But I wouldn't believe everything TMZ says or a person that might want some cash might say. Why didn't she say something before they became stars. 22 years is along time. Why wait until after they have an established tv show..... But if they find he did do that, he'll pay.
