Not sure it's been released yet. I've called the GMO several times lately, but they haven't put a message on the machine (most years Kathy will create a message on the answering machine with the dates/times). They also usually post a notice in the Anniston Star (but I don't get the paper). Most years I'm just fortunate to hear the dates/times on the street from other hunters. Just FYI, I'm not sure they are 100% going to hunt it this year. That was a big rumor a few months back, and frankly it's never been said otherwise.

Heard today that a class is planned for Sept 9th at 6:00 or 6:30 PM. I called the Game Mgt Office (GMO), but there's still no official message. That number is 256-847-4438
Heads up, if you do go, be SURE you have current insurance cards in your vehicle. They will check at the gate and turn you away if you don't. May also need your hunting license, drivers license, etc.
