Just as the title says, I have 108 acres of land for sale in Valley Grande. Land is hilly, deep bottoms, streams, very secluded. Hunting is great. Abundant deer and turkey. Great adjoining neighbors. This land and adjoining properties have been shooting six pt or better outside the ears for around 20 years. 24 acres in planted pines, the rest is in open areas and a patch work of 5 yr old clearcuts and mature timber. Valley Creek borders one side of the property and has a small gas line that clips one corner of the property. Greenfields are planted and ready to go. Also would be willing to work in a 35 horse tractor, implements, and four shooting houses for additional $$$. All in all this is a turn key property ready to go. The reason for the sale is I have recently moved and this property is just too far from my new home to enjoy the way I would like. I am in no rush to sell this place. Serious inquiries only. are you on old 22 near the old wagon wheel juke joint? I used to hunt that gas line and behind the old house on right before you get to the gas line. that is some mighty fine land loaded with turkeys...deer too but I always saw more turkeys than deer, but more bucks than does! No I'm not far from there, just off of regular hwy22.
