found in the woods. I found what appeared to be an old engine out of either a old Ford tractor or old Ford vehicle. Flat head 4 cylinder. Found this way back in nowhere years after the lake was built. Wish i had taken a picture.

I found a old moonshine still a month or so back. I got home and googled where I found it and found out all about it. It was busted in the early 70's. it was a 800 gallon still.

Found a wallet after a burn... Just happened to be the one I lost the year before. The only other things off the top of my head are an old glass milk jug and a couple tree climbers.

Found a dead guy in a pickup truck many years ago. By a pond in the woods we used to fish at. Shot himself in the onion.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

When I was about 15, me and some buddys were wondering through some woods on Sand Mountain (Dutton). We came across what we believed at the time to be some kind of burial ground. There were about 6-8 large rocks, all were the size of caskets, they were in a strange formation- almost like stonehenge, but laid over instead of standing up. I'm not for sure what they actually were, and they may not have been anything at all. I don't have pictures and haven't been back since.

About 2 miles from that same spot there is a 64-65 mustang rotting away in the middle of the woods that we found the same day. There was no road leading to it, and it was in a thicket. To this day I still wonder how it got there. Must have been there long before the trees were grown in around it.

The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.

I use to find marijuana all the time, biggest patch was probably 4 or 5 acres near Black, Al. Best quality looked like a bamboo thicket, probably 18 or more feet tall and close to an acre. Lots of old stills, but only one working still. It had 12 or 15 55 gallon drums full of mash and the cookers. I got out of there in a hurry.

I have found some weird stuff but one thing that sticks out in my mind is an old metal sign about 6"x8" that is in a tree in front of one of the trees I climb. The sign is atleast 40-50 ft up the tree.Nothing legible left on it not even a speck of paint.

While at Higginson-Henry WMA in KY I walked up on a brick-lined well out in the middle of the woods. Obviously it was old, and it was brick-lined as far down as I could see (I didn't get too close to see how deep it was). You'd think the folks who manage that WMA would have known about it and covered it up.

central ala,
OLD blackpowder rifle barrel.

Bridle rosette off of Union soldiers bridle where Union wasn't suppose to be. (About 150 yards from rifle barrel)

1882 penny.

Step-son found a double barrel shotgun leaning against a tree a few years ago.

Balloons all the time.

Several old moonshine stills.

Marijane.

Naked people.

Bloody bandages in woods.

I'm in the woods everyday (except now recovering from surgery) so I see a lot.

Someone who was mad because I leased land next to theirs that was never leased before. The were killing hunting dogs and putting them on our property. Then calling the guys dog club and giving them the locations. The dog club left a full size sewn together dummy with boots hat and all, hanging in a tree with a noose around its neck and a sign on it that read "DOG KILLER"! I took hours to make it! That was weird - and a little nerve racking!

The thing that is "famous" is the menu from the Busy Bee Café in Cullman which was destroyed in the 2011 tornados. I found it in the woods on my place in Jackson Co. It now hangs above the cash register in their new building.
