They are carpet mites. Rush them things to a taxidermist as quick as you can. I had the same thing happen to a coyote mount I have and the taxidermist killed them and treated the mount with some kind of crap where it will never be a problem again.

Yup, you have dermistids or "carpet mites". They're INSIDE the mounts eating the protein in the hair follicles. Before you haul these off to a taxi, take ALL your mounts and bag them. Go to Lowes and buy a gallon of insecticide, raid, hot shot, ect anything that will kill bed bugs/fleas. Spray the heck out of and seal up in the bag. Let them set for 2-3 days. Take them out and let dry before hanging them. Re-treat every year.
