Don't go back to a biscuit. ANYTHING that touches your fletchings will affect arrow flight and speed.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

Don't go back to a biscuit. ANYTHING that touches your fletchings will affect arrow flight and speed. I just like it because they are simple. No moving parts to worry about. I never had trouble with arrow flight shooting blazer vanes and I'm not worried about losing a few feet per second.

I prefer drop away rest. However, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a biscuit. The speed u lose is very small. And for hunting it is plenty accurate. I keep a biscuit ready as a back up rest.
