If so, Amazon has the TENZING 2220 for $107... Read some reviews by the guys up here on a forum and they preferred it to the Badlands pack. Got me one...

Have you seen Cameron Hanes's leg workout? He uses one of their packs to haul a big rock up a hill. Pretty impressive.

I've seen that. That son of a gun is crazy. You oughta check out his bow shooting videos. Insane.

Got the pack today... Mainly got it for my son to use but, when I'm solo I'll be carrying it. Good quality and plenty of room for day/short hunts up here. Looks like the bow/gun pouch will handle pretty much all cam sizes.

also look into the eberlestock packs for bow and/or gun carry. I like the quick retrieval of gun/bow on those better than anything else I've tried.
I have the X1 and it does great as a day pack. It takes 4 trips to get an elk out, 1-2 for most mule deer, 1 for whitetails. I've placed 90+ pounds in this little pack without problems.

Only thing I'm packing meat out with is our frame packs... I do not like the feel/lack of comfort of meat on my back with a regular back pack. I also prefer the tie down options on the frame to help prevent unstable loads.

I have the 1250 that I use for day hunts and treestand hunting. It's a nice pack.

If you want a pack for carrying camp in and meat out, check out Kifaru. You'd be hard pressed to find a more comfortable pack with heavy loads...I have the new Nomad with Duplex frame.
