do you have any equipment? You could just spray with gly, wait 2-3 weeks, then sew and mow......that way you'd just need a sprayer and bush hog.... I would recommend this method, or just spray and wait a couple weeks and sew cereal rye/crimson clover/yucchi clover, right before a rain.Do you have an atv? If so, you can buy a good sprayer to mount on it, for less than $200.

There used to be a company in that area called Choctaw Wildlife Services. A quick google search shows they were bought out in 2012. They may still do some plot work on if you can locate them.

I know a fella with some nice food plot equipment that is willing to trade tractor work for turkey rights on the right piece of property.
