I picked up my daughters new Parker Sidekick Extreme pink camo bow today out at Grabows in Fultondale. Great starter bow from a great local dealer. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new bow. My daughter was one happy little archer when I gave it to her as I picked her up at school this afternoon.

My thoughts exactly.... How Much? My wife was saying today I ought to get our daughter interested in shooting. What sort of weight range does it have?

If I was able to post pics right now I would!! Sorry!!! However, the bow cost $359 plus tax. The package included the peep sight, pin sight, whisker biscuit, sts, & 4-arrow quiver.

That's a sharp looking bow the young lady has. One suggestion though, you need to have her measured and the draw length shortened. It looks to be about 2" too long for her. Her peep height needs to be adjusted as well. It looks to be a little too high. If the bow and peep are properly fitted to her, she will shoot it more accurately and not pick up bad habits. If she shoots well, she will be more likely to stick with it.

Actually, the draw length is correct. The draw length appears to be to long because because the limb bolts are backed out as far as the manufacturer will allow thus reducing the tension on the cable. When my daughter draws the bow back & the module hits the cable she continues to pull. The cable gives a little & the bow goes past full draw. The bow does fit her when she doesn't try to over do it. The bow has 20-40# limbs & when backed out goes down to 18.5#'s. The draw length is 18" which is as short as it will go & what she measures. As she gets stronger & the poundage goes up this should become less of an issue.
