A friend of mine and her husband are with their daughter, who underwent emergency surgery yesterday after a terrible accident. They thought she might not survive. Missed a doe a little out of my range( wish I hadn't seen American sniper) and tried to help my son-in-law kill a big 6 pt he missed . Tried to let the air out of one of his tires on the dead run across the big field we were sitting in. I didn't kill anything but my son killed a doe and a small 8. My son-in-law killed a small 8 and a smaller buck, and missed the 6. My cousin was happy b/c that's a few less to eat his cotton and peanuts this year. Had to be back at school this morning for classes and that 5 hr drive wasn't so bad with a stop at Jim and Nick's in Prattville.
