Turn it into a dump, you'll probably draw some bears into the place and get some cool pics.

But if it is fenced land and outside the law and your pocket book what does it matter?

Point is, you do not own the animals, you only own the land... So yes you have to follow the states rules for hunting their animals.

I have friends with fenced in enclosures, they still have to go by state hunting seasons.

While we're on the subject of RIGHTS, if you don't have the MINERAL (subsurface for those who don't know) rights you can't do that either. All you are allowed to do is live on TOP of "YOUR" dirt. You don't own the oil, gas, minerals, rocks, etc UNDER the ground.

I don't have mineral rights on the place I own (old Scott Paper Co land) fwiw. Wish I did. I keep thinking I'll research who does (family who sold the land to Scott Paper kept half, other half was sold to Sun Energy I think) and try to buy it back.

So who owns the animals on said land, and how did they acquire them does the Constitution or the Bill of Rights give the gov't the right to these animals?

this^^^ is simply not true....state seasons, laws, regs, limits still apply.

1. It's their game animals cause they have the force to make them their animals.
2. Until your land can't be taken away from you by the gooberment, you just renting it from the gooberment.

High fence owners have to abide by state regs the same as anybody else.

Just to clear that up.
