Anything a mile or less I walk. Unless it's like today where I have my 5 year old with me and then we drive the Teryx in. I TOTED my 5 year old there and back yesterday

I bought a golf cart earlier this year to cut down on the walk, but it hasn't moved. I see a lot of deer walking quietly to the stand. Plus I need the excersise. I Always try to walk with the wind in my face or parallel even if I have to walk out of the way.
The world needs more people holding deer in pictures, and less people holding cameras in front of mirrors.

If its a 2 mile hike of more I'll usually setup around dark the night before and just sleep in the stand.
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Normally just hunt out of the truck. Can't beat the mobility and there are plenty of deer within shooting distance of the road.
