Well at my place its hard to see them. I can get on 4 wheeler and ride around the farm where the fields are and see anywhere form 150 to 300+ get up out of the fields. BUT there are a lot of wood lines in between them and seems like in the heat of the day, they just hanging out in the shade of the trees, but I been riding around in the evening and mornings. In other news I think I heard some guys open up season a little early today. At first I thought it was skeet, but if it was it was taking a lot of shots to break that clay bird, and they would shoot a bunch for a few minutes then may not shoot none for 20 minutes, then pop off again about 5 to 15 times. So not sure what they was doing, but it sure sounded like opening day.

Ever since that cold front a few weeks ago the birds have been scarce around here. I think they're calling for mid 90s this weekend gonna suck.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Every farm pond and hay field in lee county has groups of around 50 on them.

After a couple shots, the geese leave town for the rest of the day around here. These guys shot off and on for I know two hours. I'm serious, one shot and the geese get gone for the day.
