Alabama Black Warrior WMA Hog Hunt March 5, 2011
This is just a reminder that an AT hog hunt is underway for March 5, 2011 at Black Warrior WMA. Bamabowhunter19, a few others and myself are meeting that Saturday morning at Jacks in Double Springs for a meet and greet, breakfast and then we are traveling 15 minutes to Black Warrior WMA for the seasonal hog hunt. Hunter orange applies since it is a gun hunt too. All of us ATers are going hardcore and hunting them hogs with a bow! Anyone interested in going with us on this meet/greet/hunt please pm me for more details. This WMA is located in North Central Alabama area and just ate up with hogs!

It is a gun hunt so everyone must wear orange vests. Until off theground. Good hunting guys.

I am trying to decide whether to head down to Lowndes for their hunt or head to Black Warrior...what would you guys suggest? I deer hunted Lowndes this year and saw alot of pigs, even killed a big boar, but never hunted Black warrior, will my chances be just as good there?
