Barry,

I moved about 200 yards from the area I had prebaited (was for deer but the hogs took over) because of the size of the pen would have been out in the road. Lesson learned. I picked an easy place to get a truck to so when I caught a pile of pigs (ha) I wouldnt have to drag them. Now I have to be patient. Do you have a pic of the root stick in the ground. I am not ready to set it yet, but I was having a hard time getting it to be easy to trip??

Keith

I need to take some pictures of the setup I use and post them on here. Will try to do that this week.

You can certainly put one in the wrong place. Setting up a trap where hogs want to be is much easier than getting an entire sounder in an area they don't want to be. Kinda like turkey hunting. It doesn't matter how good you are, you're not going to put out an attractant good enough to pile them up somewhere they don't like.

"... where the hogs want to be..." speaking of, i bet you got a haul out of that new trap in field 10. It's a monster.
