Oakachoy, how far are you from pcola and how long have these low life's been squatting in your place? Too far from Alex City to keep screwing around with this stuff. I just want them out, pay to fix the place which was just remodeled in January, put on the market and sell. Just got an update from sheriff at 4.45 that notice is served, they now have 20 days to answer. On day 21 I can go back and file eviction which gives them 24 hrs to be arrested for what they should have already been arrested for imo.

Surely those squatters wouldn't cause a fire with those extension cords and burn the place down.......both sides. I'd make sure I had insurance to cover a total loss just in case, but surely that would never happen.

I'd make sure nobody was home before the extension cord shorted out.

I just can't believe that it can happen the way it has. I just pray there is not too much damage to repair. Anyone do home repairs that you can vouch for EHH?

Couldnt you just flip the breaker off. And when they come around to investigate. There liable to get angry and attack. What happens next is up to you NNOOOOO!!!  Friend of mine had several rentals. One couple, deadbeat welfare mom and 6 or 7 kids and low life druggie lived there and got behind 2 months on their rent. His Mom went to collect the third month and the lady tried to jump her. They called me to go over and remove the main breaker feeding the house. I did just that over the tenents objections and went to friends Moms house and gave her the breaker and she paid me the service call fee. Bout an hour later BCSO calls me and asks if I took the breaker out of the house. I replied "yes I did per the owner of the property." He informed me that I had an hour to get the breaker reinstalled or I would be arrested for criminal mischief!! As bad as I hated to do it I went and got the breaker and replaced it all the while the Deputy watched me. He did however, get in the little loud-mouthed puck of a husband's butt for running his trap and threatening to whoop me for what I had done. He didn't talk no crap the first time I was there so I dont know how serious he was about that. 
Hunt'em hard when they are hard to hunt but never, ever hardly hunt!

He threw a hub cab into one of the main substations in Albertville.
