drip torches for prescribed burns--I'll burn small sections of property 1x/year (10-15 acres at a time). I will not be using this professionally on a monthly basis.

Anyone have brand/model suggestions?

Buy the Forestry Supplier brand, it's the one I have. I've had good luck with it.
