Over 3350 contiguous acres of prime hunting land in the northern region of the Black Belt. Our land consist of various stages of Pine Plantations, Hardwood Bottoms, Cut-over, three large creeks, over 35 fall food plots with shooting houses and several ladder / tri-pod stands. We have been on a management program for over 25 years. Max membership is 25, dues are $1,500 per year. Dues include the land w/insurance, power, water, seed & fertilizer, salt & minerals. I looked at the land last year and it's prime deer habitat and was loaded with turkeys. If it had been closer to home I would have written the check in a heart beat. We saw around 7 gobs just riding around the property I don't have a camper though.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Two spots open for camper hook up, with septic already in ground.
Membership includes year around use, NO running of dogs except the month of February for Rabbit Hunting Only.
We have a few hogs, we've killed 5-6 since turkey season, we already have the permit for baiting & hunting them at night (permit expires Sept. 30th 2014)
We do not border or have any lakes to fish on the property, but the Cahaba River is only 3 miles east.
Work days start this weekend June 7 & 8. I'll be able to show you the land this weekend as well. Let me know.
