I have a 2000 Toyota tacoma that I am wanting to make a hunting truck out of. I was thinking about taking out all the carpet and having the inside covered with line-x...anybody ever had that done? If so, how does it hold up inside the truck? trying to figure out if it's with the money to do it

doubt you will ever get the smell out of it. in a jeep or the bed of a truck it can air out pretty good. I may be wrong, for once. Haven't thought about that...I bet it would linger pretty good

I did that to a toyota I had. I bought the cheap stuff at the wally world. Done great, no oder I remember. Just did a '82 model floor board last weekend. I parked it inside with both doors open for a few days. Worked fine.

A Line-X finish inside the truck, inside the bed and on all outside painted surfaces would be rugged and rust resistant.
Most of all, such an all over finish would drive insurance adjusters nuts if the truck were in an accident!

There's an F250 that I see around where I live that has the whole outside done in Bedliner. Doesn't look bad at all.
