I picked this up yesterday for something to ground hunt with. Its really comfy. It has a carry strap, weighs 5.5lbs but I think it will be worth it for the comfort. With back issues and a bad knee I should be able to stay still without cramping up.

It should be great for chasing squirrels, hogs, etc.. too. Oh and for those stupid birds if yall want to use it for that. grin

Love mine. You can camp out in that thing for sure. My back just can't take the abuse anymore that sitting up against a tree for so long gives it.

I like a normal folding chair for deer hunting but I guess you need to be lower to the ground for turkey.

I have a chair like this but from Cabelas, and it alone has made me a better Turkey hunter, I can sit twice as long and twice as comfy than I would with my vest. I carry it, Crawl with it and murder a lot of turkeys with my butt in it. I use it when I guide also and it makes for fast and easy set up for clients when there isn't a tree available.

If you can't kill a deer with bad knees and a bad back in 3 and a half months leaning up against an uncomfortable tree while setting in ground blind then you need to change the way you hunt. grin

Isn't that what you asked or is my reading comprehension skills gone to chit like a lot of folks on here. slap

I just fixed the back of mine this weekend with some green, gray, and brown spray paint. I was tired of all that black.

Never understood the camo on the front side. Front should be black and back camo.

Only problem where I hunt is finding a flat spot to set it up but it's nice when you do.

Be careful if/when you fold it up. It will pinch your fingers

Just one more damn thing you gotta carry around. Have you ever noticed at the beginning of the season all the chit you have in your vest and strung over your shoulder compared to the last two weeks of the season when you have resorted to running and gunning. A couple of diaphrams on a necklace, one slate call and that's it.
