They went on to say that hunters hide in tress and try to act like ducks in order to inflict harm to animals. They want people to use these drones to catch hunters inflicting harm to animals and to catch people with dogs outside in the cold. These drones have video recorders and send the video directly to the police. I got a question...If an animal is an animal what's the difference between a dog out in the cold and a chicken? Are they going to start arresting me for cold chickens or pigs or cows. These drones are affordable to at $325.00!

The FAA defines the difference in hobbyist toys and UA' s as the ability for one to be flown without being in the line of sight of the pilot. A true UA must be permitted. You can look up who has such permits that are not military. Mostly law enforcement and universities . People can still play with RC's as always.
