I just signed up on this forum today so I could read ALL the posts and see what Mike was so upset about when he got banned on the 27th of September. NO Mike DOESN'T GET IT when you are joking. He DID have a massive stroke on April 15, 2012. His fine motor skills are not what they were before the stroke. Neither is his eyesight and definitely not the way his brain functions! He has come a long way in a year and a half but still has a long way to go! We like in North Alabama in Madison County. Mike will probably never meet most of you face-to-face. Why do you have to be such arses and agg him on? To set the record straight: Mike Crenshaw IS an OIF/OEF veteran! He was active duty deployed to Iraq from March 2009-2010. He has 28 years total service. He medically retired with HONORS AFTER he suffered a stroke on April 15, 2012!!!!! He had a DUAL STATUS JOB working at the flight facility in Smyrna, TN for over 18 years. I helped him get a better position in Huntsville, Alabama when he returned from Iraq. I am Mike's third wife. I met him in person when he returned from Iraq. We married in November 2010 and he suffered a massive stroke in April 2012!! I'm angry with Mike for putting our business on this forum for ALL of you to read! But I'm also ANGRY that you feel it necessary to kick a guy when he's down. It reminds me of elementary school kids picking on a mentally challenged classmate just to see what kind of reaction you can get from him. I need to find all of Mike's posts on this forum where he supposedly threatened to shoot me and my son! That is very likely true that he did that because he was angry at the time. As I've told Mike, I'm VERY GLAD that his 28 year old son and son's mother came to MY HOUSE in January and took all his guns and his gun safe back to Tennessee. THEY and I know that he has no business with possessing a gun right now in his mental/physical state. Mike is working very hard to overcome his stroke. Cut him some slack! He's not "crazy" and is NOT looking for any handouts. As a matter of fact, Mike would give ANY of you the shirt off his back! All he wants is friendship and the chance to go hunting....to be normal....to drive a car again...can YOU imagine being a very independent, strong willed individual and wake up one Sunday morning suffering from a massive stroke?!?!?!? I doubt that any of us can. I CAN happen to you or one of your loved ones!!! SO PLAY NICE!!!!! You know Karma really sucks!!! RANT OVER!!!!

There was definitely a campaign to get him banned but I believe the vast majority realized he was doing no harm and was just lonely and he thought of this place as extended family. I think it is a shame what happened especially to a disabled veteran. I think there are so many scammers out there that some people have their radar turned up too high.
