AGAIN... Team 1 - Kickin' & Spurrin' with a score of 973.06. Congratulations guys on back to back to back wins. It has been awesome seeing the birds y'all put together every season to pull it out even being a man down the past two years. Congrats to everyone that entered this year and thanks for making these contests grow each and every year, but MOST importantly we have put another SAFE season and contest behind us. This is our fifth year of doing these contests and to my knowledge we have yet to have a reported injury that happened to anyone in our contests. To me, that is a major win for everyone...

And now on to our 2013 Aldeer Turkey Contest MVH... It looks like it's going to be a clean sweep for Squeaky this year. Mike has been the only hunter to ever enter 3 birds that scored over 70 NWTF points. With birds scoring 77, 73.1875 and 72.4375, it is hard to deny Squeaky as being our MVH. So congratulations Mike, you have once again put together a season that all of us strive for... Here is a look at Squeaky's three birds and with that, we will call another close to a great year. Hope everyone has a great summer...

Congrats guys.

Yall keep trying and one day you might break that 1000 mark like the strut busters.

Congrats guys, yall have a stacked team of killers that will be hard to ever beat. Squeaky showed out this year for sure and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy.

It looks like we might have to bring the strut busters out for a rematch in a few years if you keep winning.

Thanks Tim and the rest of you guys for the kind words thumbup It means a lot to me to have the MVH honor smile

I will also agree that I truly had a blessed season that will be very hard to duplicate. I will also admit I've never hunted turkeys as hard or in as many states as I have this year. I was having so much fun I did not want it to end. I can promise as long as I have my health, a good paying job and a supportive wife I'll give 110% effort to duplicate or better the season I had this year. I know it will be hard to do but it sure will be a lot of fun trying!

I would also like to thank my teammates. They sure make this contest a lot of fun!! They are some flat out turkey slayers.

Congrats to everyone else on a safe and successful season thumbup

If we can ever get Scott out of Germany so he can hunt, we might just make it. Almost making it with only 14 birds is pretty good too.

All you need is good teammates and I definitely have them. LOL! Congrats to Squeaky for MVH. Entering 3 birds in one season that scored over 70 points is pretty incredible.

How many birds did y'all enter the year y'all broke 1000? Seems impossible with 2 non contributors.

Stony I will have to agree with you if they had two non-contributors. If 4 team memebers entered three 70 pt birds each that's only 840 points. The team would still need three more entries at 53+ to break the 1000 mark. Those guys either killed some true beast or had some help from the other guys.

No we had one person not there.

Piper killed some birds that year.

I can tell you it's not going to be cheap but at least Artisticwhitetails will be happy when I come to collect my mounts.

Brandon you are funny. If I were made out of money you never would have to worry about a place to turkey hunt again. I would hire you to be my personal guide smile
