just purchased a Mathews DXT online, and want to hear your opinions.

I have shot a DXT for two seasons and I have no complaints at all. Its an awesome bow. I previously shot a Matthews MQ32 and the DXT is quieter, faster and more forgiving. You made a good choice.

My Girlfriend has one she shoots 45# w/ 85 gr. G5 Montecs. Works great! She's batting a 1000 w/ it.

I like my DXT, but the draw cycle is noticably harsher than my LX I had previously. Short axle to axle bows= harder draw cycle.

Nice choice in setup, can I make a suggestion; look at the Easton ST Axis arrows. They have all the strength with a smaller diameter giving you more room for bleed out if you don't get a pass-through.

BOHNTR,
if you think the DXT draw cycle is harsh, draw a Monster!!!!!!!!!! I am shooting one this year and the valley is about 3/8" and it will snatch the string out of your hand and cause your knuckles to meet the roller guard eek
