Probably exempts members of congress. You are far to optimistic. After Congress is done with it, the price tag will be 98% Capital Gains, with a Congressional Bonus and Pay Raise and stock options, and tax exempt status.

I really believe it will take and outright civil war to change it if Biden gets re-elected. The amount of just straight up lies and disinformation coming out how is insane.
