Didn't take long for the Biden administration to float their latest scam to force mail-in voting. Biden can declare a Climate Emrgency and instantly have his Covid powers back... Wallstreetsilver is also reporting that AP talking point phrases now include Climate Crisis in the list.

Those poll numbers aren’t looking good in the swing states. Biden is losing by more than the margin of error in some key states. Now Biden is about to sign an aid package that also bans tik tok. That happens and Biden’s support will wane even more. They are gonna have to pull out all the stops. I wonder if those emergency powers come with the ability to delay the election?

Just so ya'll are aware. Climate Crisis also means "controlled blackouts" and "vehicle travel restrictions" in-order to save the climate. Might as well get some extra taxes going too...

The billing by means of electronic utilities meters isn’t far from the control of use by electronic means.

If the Tin foil hat fits, I’m wearing it.

All the more reason NOT to get an electric vehicle. They can control how far you travel from home with the click of a button.

I personally think the RNC needs to come out and tell all the republicans " this is the platform you will get on board with, or you get zero advertising $ from us, and if you go back on it after elected, we will primary you out in the next one".

Then they need to replace Mitch and Mike Johnson and get someone in there with a spine and some leadership qualities.

We dont have enough ethical Republicans in congress to fix this. Sending katie britt up there isn't helping. People need to wake up and see that politicians aren't the fix they are the problem.

Interesting note, but read an article yesterday stating that California is dealing with an issue where there is so much independent solar (i.e. people with solar panels on top of their house) that during the middle of the day when demand drops, that there is actual a surplus of energy being put back into the grid that isn't used for anything. So much so, that California is dropping tax incentives for people to add solar power to their homes.

Basically what this sums up to, the technology and infrastructure is severely lacking currently for this mad-dash to all electric. As if we didn't already know that. Elon is on the right path, we need to be able to efficiently store this surplus of "green" energy before it will ever be a viable replacement for fossil fuels.

Not a Bill Maher fan but his rant about what he went through to get solar supplemental panels installed on his home in California is hysterical. The funniest part about it is that Bill still never admits that all the crap he went through is the fault of the people he voted for.

trying to put a new shutdown on us by dint of "climate change" would start a civil war

Some states are requiring remote switches to be installed on hvac units. They can control the thermostat and power remotely.

That wont work around here. Its my thermostat and nobody is allowed to touch it until after I'm dead.

I have a smart thermostat and it's been mysteriously changed a few times. I figured out the setting and stopped that shucks cold. I'll go back to analog if I have to.
