Why do you guys and gals let a bunch of 19 to 22 year old college players dictate your life?? It’s really silly. If Bama looses oh well. Same with auburn. Could care less. A friend told me today that I really want to be on a family function but Bama and Georgia plat that day. Geez  Mostly with you but I do care. AU loses and I'm usually mad...................for a few minutes and then I get on with life.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

BB,,, you might want to get a head start on the next one and tell us that debore will be gon after this season He'll start just as soon as Deboer starts winning a few football games and at latest, when he defeats AU this fall. If AU gets off to a bad start and Freeze is not winning for AU, 2-3 games into this season, he'll start "Deboer is leaving after this season' then. Burbank is as predictable as the sun rising and setting.

This isn't that hard to figure out. It's gotta be one of two things, either saben was the greatest coach of all time and the tide ain't gonna be as good with out him, or he wasn't that great of a coach, and they never really needed him. I agree with yall he was that good of a coach. Having him on the sidelines is worth at least 4 wins. Bama 8-4 without the goat! DaBoer is pretty good coach in his own right (104-12 - 88%). I think the only question mark about him is can he keep up the level of recruiting that Saban did long term. Time will tell. Good point. And I'd add that team management would be at least as important. In the NIL era ( the reason Saban retired ) keeping your team and working the portal are at least as important as on the field coaching and off the field player development.

Geez Why do you let a 50 year old machine used to simply get you from point A to B dictate your life? I tell you why, it's history, it's nostalgia, it might be that you and your dad used to work in one when you were a kid. Or it might be that this is America and we can spend our time doing whatever the heck we please. No matter what the reason is, it's important to you, even though I wouldn't put a shred of energy, money or time into it. To each is own. Don't belittle someone's passions because they aren't yours. Especially in a forum created to express their passion. That makes no sense brother.
