Auburn will NOT make the playoffs in the next 10yrs. Want’a bet? Being serious for a moment, with the CFP expanding to 12 teams next season and rumors of that expanding even further to 14 teams in 26 or 27, it would be hard for me to believe that Auburn wouldn’t make a playoff appearance in the next decade. Realistically if you are in a Power 5 conference you have a realistic shot of getting in with three losses depending on who those losses are to. Freeze is as good a coach as he is a sleazeball so I could see them getting in.there sooner rather than later.

This isn't that hard to figure out. It's gotta be one of two things, either saben was the greatest coach of all time and the tide ain't gonna be as good with out him, or he wasn't that great of a coach, and they never really needed him. I agree with yall he was that good of a coach. Having him on the sidelines is worth at least 4 wins. Bama 8-4 without the goat! DaBoer is pretty good coach in his own right (104-12 - 88%). I think the only question mark about him is can he keep up the level of recruiting that Saban did long term. Time will tell.

IF the 14 team format had been in place I’m sure we would have made it a few times. That being said, Auburn will be fine. You bammers should be worried about the abyss that is about to swallow the fighting Willies.
