Bojangles chicken biscuit and Hardee’s sausage egg and cheese are my favorite fast food biscuits. But there’s a Texaco owned by an Indian man here in Northport that dominates them all. Biscuits are like homemade ones and the egg is fried instead of some fake instant egg patty.

Hardee’s omelet biscuit provides the best of all worlds. Order it with a double omelet and that’s a meal that’ll keep you full for a while (also guaranteed to get you 15 - 45 minutes closer to meeting the Almighty God, given the grease and hardening of the arteries that comes with it)! 🤣
