I killed 2 young squirrels the last week of the season and tonight I made just a simple supper of fried squirrel and gravy and some biscuits. Had a glass of Chardonnay with it. Good lord it was good!! It’s probably been 15 years since I’ve had some squirrel. Y’all might have heard my lips smacking and finger licking for miles!!
