Clearly unconstitutional on many levels. Its also just a rule written by this Gestapo administration, not a law passed by congress or the states so its easy to knock that crap down in the courts. Furthermore, it forces people to become a business owner and take on all the liabilities involved with owning a business which is against the law because you cannot force somebody to be business regardless of how often they buy or sell anything.

If this does not get shut down by the courts then every American can make the case that they are failed grocery salespeople. I buy a damn lot of groceries and I can't seem to sell them before they go bad so I just end up eating my profits away.

yup. I'm an unlicensed archaeologist. Why? There are no archaeology licenses. There are permits which I have for all 50 states and a dozen or more countries, but there is no license. Egypt, Israel, China, and a few other places do require government issued licenses.

Ok I read some of this last night best I can figure it will really only affect gun shows .
I don't understand the online buying thing that already covered by law . To me the new regs are already covered by law .
Unless something is hidden private sales are still ok.
Imo this is mostly ,,, look at me I'm doing something. Yeah but every time they “do something “ we lose a little more freedom.
