Congrats, you're going to love it!! I retired 11 years ago the 12th of this month. I started counting down from 5 years out to the minute, just had to stay till I was 55. Yourself and Mrs. Irish will absolutely love the freedom of just hop on the bikes and go! Again, congratulations, the world is finally your oyster.
I think that means you can pretty much do as you please!!

Have a great time in retirement. Enjoy your family and put the power company in the rear view mirror. Thanks buddy! I will. Being able to work mostly from home the last few years and only working 3 days a week since the start of this year have both made the transition easier.

Congrats, Irish! I have been under a major load for the past year and 4 months, since buying into and running half of the shop. I've also been the procurement, vendor management, QA manager guys. All at the same time. My wife decided that I needed a week off. Then I decided I needed another week off too. That's coming up next week. Point is, I've been living like I was retired for the past week. You'll enjoy it.
