We have a lot of threads on here about all the things that are going horribly wrong, will go horribly wrong or could possibly go horribly wrong... The dollar collapsing, the Chinese taking over, the Russian's nuking us, Liberals, Transgenders, Homosexuals, Satan, etc...
Should we be prepared? Sure.
Is there really anything we as individuals can actually do to change any of it? Not really. Sure we can vote, but most threads on here say that our vote doesn't really matter and probably won't be counted correctly anyway. And if we really can't do anything about any of it, is is something we need to stress out about worrying about it all the time?
If the World is going to Hell in a handbasket and we can't do anything about it, why not just choose to be happy, enjoy the things and the freedoms we have while we have them, and simply live life the best we can?
I'm guilty of this myself. I catch myself worrying about things I can't control. Then I have to remind myself that Jesus himself specifically tells us not to worry during the sermon on the Mount in Matthew 6:25-34 something like 5 times!
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[a]?
28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
I like the way he finished with "Each day has enough trouble of its own."
I guess I posted all this because I probably need to hear it more than anybody.
God bless you guys and gals...

Why are you worrying about other folks worrying? Nobody cares if you are worried or not, and though that might be worrisome to you, nobody is really worried about your worrying. So don't worry about it. BTW. Biden and the Democrats caused all the worrying cause they keep phucking things up. I'm just worried about the next worrisome thing they create for me to worry about, and I am not worried about the certainity of them phucking something else up cuse I know they will do something, I just worry they are going to phuck things up so bad that the idea of worry will be a thing of the past. The Dems are trying to move past the worry about bad things stage and move into the everything is guaranteed bad so there is no need to worry anymore. Bad things are a certainty under the Democrats so stop worrying about bad things that might not happen and just accept that the Dems are going to create bad things that we all have to deal with under their rule. When the Democrats say you will never have to worry about anything ever again, it means they have total control over you or they are going to kill you. So I'm not worried.

There is a lot of messed up stuff in this world. But one thing you have to remember is that news channels are not there to inform you. They are there to make money. The more people watch the more money they make. How do they get people to watch? Scare the shucks out of people and make them worried. Best thing I have done for my mental health is to turn the news off.

Great... Now I'm worried about other people worrying about me not worrying about them worrying.
Thanks...
I think I'll go have a beer and a shot of rum now to calm my nerves.

No one will listen to this. But if you stay off Twitter, your life will improve. Try it.
The amount of democrat propoganda on there is mind blowing. I cannot for the life of me figure out how a person can be that freaking stupid. If you have ever spent any time with a mentally ill person, then you begin to realize that Rush Limbaugh was 100 percent spot on when he said liberalism is a mental disorder.

A nudge here and nudge there, nothing to worry about this that and the other. Progressives rewriting history, no problem Progressives pushing liberal agendas, no problem we should be more accommodating

Sadly to right the ship it will take a lot now so I guess you’re spot on we’ve reached the point of enjoy the ride that we have left. It’s the kids and grandkids that’s gotta deal with hat is happening. It’s their future. For now I’m cooking and trying to eat well just to see what transpires.
