I was in the same situation. My wife started sleeping in another room. After a sleep study, was told I had mild sleep apnea. Got a CPAP, really for my wife's benefit but I will say that I do feel better overall now. I don't get tired in the afternoon like I had been doing.

I started taping my mouth shut at night and it’s stopped my snoring and helped me sleep way better. I’ll bet your O2 is dropping down below 88%. And what would lead you to bet on that?

Me putting in ear plugs has helped with Mrs. Irish's snoring. The best thing to do. Turn the volume up on your alarm clock though.

Separate bedrooms cured my snoring Yep, nights before I get up early to go huntin' I sleep in the other end of the house. Makes everyone happy , Mrs. hates waking early.

A sharp elbow to my wife's ribs usually works.

I assume you've had a sleep study done since you are in the medical field. If not, that is where you start. I snored bad and woke up feeling like I was drowning until I went on a CPAP. If you find a way short of that, let me know so I can get one for my wife. She snores horribly and won't get a sleep study done.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

It’s so simple a caveman can do it.
1) close your mouth
2) sleep on your side

So I’m not overweight. Rarely drink to excess. I do need to get more exercise. Wife says I snore even if I’m on my side. I wore a heart monitor a year ago and it was perfect. I don’t feel tired during the day but guess I’ll get a study done anyway. I just know how I toss all night and I’m afraid I’d get wrapped up in a CPAP. Thanks y’all.

So I’m not overweight. i wasn’t overweight , in great shape, and slept like a rock and rarely woke up or even moved while asleep
but I’m afraid I’d get wrapped up in a CPAP. Thanks y’all. if you can get the nose pillow (just sits under your nose) the hose attaches at the top of your head with a swivel on it. it’s like being on a stringer😂😂😂
