I was in the same situation. My wife started sleeping in another room. After a sleep study, was told I had mild sleep apnea. Got a CPAP, really for my wife's benefit but I will say that I do feel better overall now. I don't get tired in the afternoon like I had been doing.

The best thing to do. Turn the volume up on your alarm clock though.

I only snore on my back. So I sleep in my side with my head on the corner of the pillow so that my head is slightly tilted towards the mattress. That way my tongue tends to be forward in my mouth.

Go to a doctor and have a sleep test done. Sleep apnea can shorten your life.

Weight loss I believe is the number one answer. Skinny kids don’t snore or need a clap. It’s the weight we put on as adults

I assume you've had a sleep study done since you are in the medical field. If not, that is where you start. I snored bad and woke up feeling like I was drowning until I went on a CPAP. If you find a way short of that, let me know so I can get one for my wife. She snores horribly and won't get a sleep study done.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

CPAP. My Cardiologist told me my heart was working harder sleeping than when I was awake. My sleep study showed my Oxygen levels at times in the 52 percent range.

It’s so simple a caveman can do it.

1) close your mouth

2) sleep on your side

So I’m not overweight. Rarely drink to excess. I do need to get more exercise. Wife says I snore even if I’m on my side. I wore a heart monitor a year ago and it was perfect. I don’t feel tired during the day but guess I’ll get a study done anyway. I just know how I toss all night and I’m afraid I’d get wrapped up in a CPAP. Thanks y’all.

if you can get the nose pillow (just sits under your nose) the hose attaches at the top of your head with a swivel on it. it’s like being on a stringer😂😂😂
