That video reminds of the Gloria Steinham video where it takes about 10 people to cast a vote she doesn't even know what it is and then she drops dead the next week. Mitch is brain damaged, Biden is obvious, this guy is about to check out, Pelosi is ancient and tweeked out on whatever keeps her vertical, and there is a bunch of them..

No sympathy whatsoever. He should long be retired and resting comfortably at home. Technically, he should probably be in jail. He has no business still serving in the House. Term limits and age limits are needed. Like the Gov said above, these nearly dead, walking zombie politicians need to all be retired. Over half have major health problems, past stroke victims, dementia, age related cognitive loss, and on and on. Nothing against them or getting old, but when you start getting in your 70's, you've got no business making any decisions that affect the United States of America.
