niece just bought one. She came over to show me and asked what I thought. I didn't tell her my thoughts which was that it was a real piece of chit and way to expensive. All I could tell her is to make sure she doesn't run into anything. No front protection. You should have asked her if it came with free battery replacement when it was time for it to be replaced and if not, if she had checked the cost on them. I would guess she has probably not. Did she buy or lease it? If it is a lease, then she might be out of it before the battery(ies) need replacing.
