Never mentioned hail damage causing the problem. Hail storms are figured into the equation when they put those together. Tornado's turn those things into pure nightmares of swirling glass shards and metal. One company I worked for was expanding their operation in Georgia. A tornado went through the existing solar farm right next to where I was at just about a week before. West of that line Texas becomes more arid. East of that line is where you get more severe weather. When I lived in the DFW area, I got my roof replaced due to hail damage. The roofer gave me a 30 year warranty. He said there is a 100% chance I will get another new roof in the next 30 years due to hail damage.
