I've had a couple and that part was over fairly quickly. I hated the liquid diet and the fasting part more than the clean out.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

A couple of things to help based off experience…
Eat lite the 12 hours before purge day. Apply some lube on the exit before it commences. Have moist babywipes to wipe with next to the toilet instead of toilet paper.
