Figured I’d get more eyes here than in the guns/gear forum. I’m in process of restoring a 1953 A5 Light Twelve. It has a recoil pad on it and when I took it off I discovered it’s missing the butt plate. I’m wanting to use original era parts as much as possible. It looks like the one with “FN” stamped on it would be that time frame. If anyone has a gun of that era and can send me a pic of the butt plate that goes on that year (or close) please pm me and I’ll send my number. I’d like a pic please and measurements would be a bonus. Thanks in advance.

You can probably find one on eBay; I know there are some reproductions there. That’s what I’ve been on. Seems like a lot of size variations. None are like mine…
