Not sure what the carb is on but sometimes much easier to buy the cheap china carbs and install vs cleaning/rebuild.

Chemdip and a cheap ultrasonic cleaner from harbor freight.

If you think it'll crank , drain the old fuel , get some hi-test non-ethanol , get it cranked . Then add some Sea Foam and run the wheels off. That may save a removal and rebuild if it'll run now. I'd try it before tearing into it.

Take it apart an soak in vinegar over night . Then clean it with brake cleaner in spray can . If that doesn’t work boil it in half vinegar an half water .

Berryman b12 soak overnight. What I use on all my carbs. The new stuff ain’t like the old stuff though, and gotten pricy. Last gallon I bought was $40.
